What is sacred to one woman may be profane to another; one man’s sinner is another man’s saint. Hagiography is the act of writing about the saints, so corporeal hagiography must be the act of writing on the saints. On the afternoon of Feb. 1 in northeast Ohio we will be worshiping together. This next clothing-optional figure art event will feature figure drawing, body painting, and photography. Attendance is limited and by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please reach out to me by email (see link below to the right) to apply for an invitation. We have a Yahoo Group set up, as well as a Facebook group.

Figure Art on Feb. 1, 2020
As our world grows increasingly urban, freely-accessible wild spaces disappear, declared off-limits by government and private interests. If body freedom has a future, it is an urban one. As such, we are taking on as a charter the creation of a series of urban venues where body freedom may be practiced safely and legally by members of the public. Our goal is to create the first of these venues in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, based loosely on the idea of the Japanese onsen. If you feel this is a worthy goal, please send us an email. The email address is gymfuzz at yahoo dot com. Please include the phrase “Cleveland Urban Hot Spring” in the subject.

The Cleveland chapter of the ArtDay movement is dedicated to the celebration of the art of body freedom. It is intended as a resource for artists, art students, nudists and naturists of the Northeastern Ohio area, including Cleveland, Sandusky, Youngstown, Akron, and surrounding areas.

Here are other local resources.

We are always interested in local art and artists. Please contact us with any art or artists you wish to bring to our attention. If you are interested in joining, learning more, or in volunteering, send us an email.
